In healthcare, AI does not make clinical decisions in place of the authorised user. Neo is an assistant that makes information easier to reach, speeds up the workflow and works under the user’s control.
When AI features are enabled, the context needed to answer a command may be sent to configured providers. Clinics should manage usage policies, patient information and permissions together with their own KVKK processes.

The right patient, an approved action.
Neo was reworked from the ground up this week.
Neo shows with a label on screen which patient you are talking about. When you say “this patient”, it stays tied to that record.
If two different patients are open in two tabs, Neo doesn’t mix them up.
If there are several patients with similar names, it doesn’t pick one itself; it gives you options.
Every action that changes a record comes with an approval card; an approval can be used only once.
You start it by saying “Hey Neo” without touching the microphone. When you turn the sound off, the speech stops immediately.
