Users and permissions
Clinic user and permission management: everyone sees their job, nothing more.
Admin, doctor, front desk, nurse and lab roles come ready. You grant read, write or full access per module by role, and change it per person when needed.
Permissions
Role defaults, personal exceptions.
Admin, doctor, front desk, nurse and lab. Each role opens with a menu suited to its work.
In every module, such as finance, stock and the patient card, read, write or full access is granted separately.
You give one person extra or fewer permissions without changing the role’s default.
Only their own appointments are listed in a doctor’s panel.
Security
No lockouts, no permission creep.
The clinic’s only active admin cannot be deactivated or downgraded; the account’s door never closes.
Roles are chosen only from the defined list; a user cannot grant themselves admin rights. Only an admin can grant the admin role.
You cannot deactivate your own account or change your own role or permissions.
When a user’s email or password changes, their old open sessions are signed out.
After your password, sign-in is completed with a 6-digit one-time code sent to your email. If you forget your password, you reset it yourself by email.
Critical actions are recorded with who did them and when.
Health data
Sensitive records stay within a narrow role.
Some records are open only to the clinical team, regardless of permission settings.
X-ray
X-rays are seen by doctors, nurses and admins; the front desk role cannot access health images.
