What is Clineo?
Clineo is a cloud-based clinic management system that brings a clinic’s appointments, patient cards, treatment and payment tracking together in one panel. It adapts to 19 specialties and needs no installation; it runs in a web browser and on mobile devices. The AI assistant Neo takes on tasks such as opening patient cards and checking appointments and payments by voice command (currently in Turkish). The website is clineo.com.tr; the app login is at clineo.app.
Is Clineo only for dental clinics?
No. While dentistry has the deepest specialty workflow, Clineo offers configurable modules for dietitians, psychologists, physiotherapy, dermatology, medical aesthetics and other health specialties.
What exactly does Neo do?
Neo is an AI assistant designed to find patient records, open the relevant screen, summarise clinical data and guide the user through supported workflows. Critical record operations should be carried out under user control and permission rules.
Can our existing patient data be transferred?
After reviewing the data format, a controlled transfer plan can be prepared for patient, appointment and basic financial records. The scope depends on your current software’s export options.
Does it work on mobile devices?
Yes. Clineo takes a PWA approach: it runs in modern browsers and can be installed on the home screen of supported devices.
Can we switch between plans?
Yes. As the clinic grows you can move up a plan. Plans are cumulative; a higher plan includes the scope of the lower one.
Do I need a technical team for setup?
No. Account opening, basic settings and team setup can be done with guidance. Where data transfer or custom integration is needed, technical support is planned.
How is patient data protected?
Role and permission management, tenant separation, secure sessions, application-level encryption of selected critical identity fields, an IP restriction option and a backup approach are used. Your organisation’s KVKK processes should also be completed with organisational policies.
What can we see during the demo?
A focused product demo is given based on your clinic type, covering the patient card, appointments, treatment, finance, digital forms, Neo, reporting and specialty workflows.
How much does it cost?
Campaign clinic prices: Clineo Soft ₺2,000 ₺1,200/month (₺14,400/year), Clineo Smart ₺3,000 ₺1,800/month (₺21,600/year) — 40% off. Dental prosthetics lab plans aren’t part of the campaign: Clineo Soft ₺800/month, Clineo Smart ₺1,200/month. Payment is taken yearly. Prices shown exclude VAT. Enterprise is set by quote based on your branch and user structure. Every plan has a 14-day free trial.
Can custom development or integration be done?
In the Clineo Enterprise plan, integration options such as API, webhooks, custom reports and needs analysis are evaluated.
