Task management
Priority, due date and status. You link a task to a user or a patient; “call Ms. Ayşe for her check-up” doesn’t get forgotten.
Tasks and messages
You link a task to a person and a patient, and give it a due date and priority. The team talks with internal messaging; your personal notes stay with you only.
Modules
Priority, due date and status. You link a task to a user or a patient; “call Ms. Ayşe for her check-up” doesn’t get forgotten.
Users in the same clinic message one-to-one or in groups; unread messages are shown separately. Messages never go to users of another clinic.
Notes only you can see. Your own reminders, supervision or daily notes.
Clinic-wide ready-made note templates; you don’t retype text you write often.
Online booking requests, arriving patients, homework responses and lab status all come together under one bell.
Tasks
Low, normal, high. The list sorts open tasks first, then by priority, then by due date.
You see tasks assigned to you and tasks you created separately; one tap switches to all of the clinic’s tasks.
Your open task count sits in the menu as a badge.
You close a finished task with one tap and reopen it if needed; the completion time is recorded.
Only the person who created the task or an administrator can delete it. Creation, updates and deletion are recorded in the audit log.
Messaging
You write directly to any user in the clinic.
You open a shared chat with several people; only the clinic’s active users can be added.
Each chat and group shows its unread message count separately.
Your personal notes are separate from messaging and open only to you.
