Where to start
What’s the first step?
Setup is one-off and takes two minutes. Open Clineo in your phone’s browser, choose "Add to Home Screen" from the menu and sign in from the icon that appears. Show your team the same step once, and it opens like an app on everyone’s phone. Since there is no store download or version updating, the same step is enough for new staff too.

No. Clineo is an installable web app (PWA); you install it from the browser with "Add to Home Screen". No store, no update hassle.
Which plan includes this feature?
Mobile Use is included in the Clineo Soft plan. Since Smart and Enterprise include all of Soft, it is available in all three plans.
What happens to my data if I lose my phone?
Data is kept in your account, not on the device. Sessions are protected; even if you lose the device, your records stay where they are.
Which features don’t work on mobile?
Capability isn’t limited; because the screen is smaller, some tables are read by scrolling sideways. Appointments, patient cards, messages and payments are open on mobile too.
Which phones does it work on?
It works on iOS and Android devices with an up-to-date browser. Since you don’t download a separate version, device compatibility depends on the browser.
Can I use it without internet?
Clineo is cloud-based; you need a connection to reach your records. In return, whichever device you sign in from, you see the same up-to-date data.
