Print prescriptions and consultations: a stamped printout, a record on the patient card.
You find the drug in the catalogue by name, active ingredient or barcode. Prescriptions and consultations are stored on the patient’s card; the printout includes the doctor’s stamp and a signature field.
How it works
Write, store, print.
You search for a drug by name, active ingredient or the barcode on the box. You can type a drug not on the list as free text.
Previous prescriptions sit with their dates in the patient’s Prescriptions tab; the question “what did we give last time” is answered at a glance.
You write an opinion request or referral note to another doctor or specialty. The note is added to the patient card.
Prescriptions and consultations are printed with the doctor’s stamp and signature field.
Only doctors and admins write prescriptions and consultations.
At the end of the examination
What goes on a prescription?
Each drug line is entered with separate fields; the printout is orderly and legible.
Diagnosis
You write the diagnosis at the top of the prescription.
Drug lines
For each drug, dose, method of use, duration and number of boxes are entered in separate fields. Up to 60 drugs can be added to one prescription.
Note
You write extra instructions for the patient at the bottom of the prescription.
Print and store
You print it, stamp and sign; the prescription stays on the patient’s card with its date.
