A big part of a lab’s day goes on “what happened to my job” calls. The clinic portal turns this around: the clinic enters the case itself and sees on its own screen which stage the job is at. Clinics using Clineo connect directly through the Clineo Bridge; the case is opened from the patient card.
The problem on the floor
Why do the “what happened to my job?” calls never stop?
The clinic calls because it has no other way. It has to give its patient a date and needs to know which stage the job is at. On the lab side, each call interrupts someone’s work; the bench is checked, the technician is asked, and then someone calls back.
The real cost is not the interruption itself but the reliability of the answer. If a hurried “ready tomorrow” doesn’t hold, the clinic breaks its promise to the patient. Where a lab loses clients is usually not the delay itself, but telling them about it too late.
If the clinic can see the status on its own screen, this loop breaks. Calls drop, there is one version of the truth and both sides look at the same record. Month-end reconciliation gets shorter for the same reason: the figures have already built up on a shared screen.

Does the client clinic need to use Clineo?
No. Clinics that don’t use Clineo enter cases through the lab’s clinic portal. Clinics that use Clineo connect directly through the Clineo Bridge.
Can a clinic see other clinics’ jobs?
No. Each clinic sees only its own cases and its own account activity.
Are prices the same for every clinic?
They don’t have to be. You can define a separate price list for each client clinic; the work order amount comes from that list.
How do accounts and invoicing work?
A delivered job is posted to the clinic’s account. At month end, the clinic’s jobs are collected on the period invoice and sent with a statement.
Which plan includes it?
